Catherine Grayling

Catherine is a transactions and disputes lawyer with over 15 years’ experience in the private legal industry, government and the education sector. She has a Masters degree in law from the University of Oxford and an undergraduate law degree with first class honours.

Drawing on her experience across the range of legal services, from “front end” transactional work to “back end” dispute resolution work, Catherine has particular interest in developing efficiencies in legal services through the use of technology, project management principles and inderdisciplinary solutions.

In private practice, Catherine established a firm-wide legal project management framework and dispute management tools for litigated matters. In her in-house roles in government and semi-government organisations, Catherine has been significantly involved in business process reviews relating to the delivery of legal, management and operational services.

Catherine’s in-house experience provides her with insight into the “bigger picture” of client business needs and expectations, including organisational and governance drivers and the importance of transparency, communication and stakeholder buy-in.

Catherine is proud to be a part of Solve Global because of its genuinely client-focused, cutting-edge offering to solve complex issues that confront individuals and organisations and to be involved in facilitating social harmony.
