Caroline Wilson

Caroline is a commercial, corporate and disputes lawyer and corporate executive with over 20 years experience with national and international companies and major law firms.

Caroline is regularly involved in the negotiation of major transactions and contracts and the resolution of commercial disputes that can result from them. She has been involved in the conduct of many complex, high value disputes across the construction, infrastructure, engineering and insurance industries.

From her roles as client representative, Caroline understands the importance of looking beyond the legal process and identifying the key corporate, commercial and organisation drivers to optimise client value.

Caroline recognises that Boards and management require more than traditional legal advice to empower decision making to achieve organisational goals. Her experience demonstrates that they each should have access to innovative, data-informed tools, such as predictive analytics to enhance the decision making process.
