Paul Gavazzi is the Founder and Managing Director of Solve Global.

Paul is a passionate problem solver. He understands the great value of data and predictive analytics in understanding and solving disputes. He thrives on creating high value outcomes to commercial disputes that enhance enterprise and stakeholder value.

Paul was a commercial and disputes lawyer for more than 40 years; experienced in all areas of commercial law and commercial disputes and litigation. Paul has been involved in the conduct and resolution of many high stakes and multi-party disputes and litigation across a range of industries including construction, infrastructure, mining, water, energy, property, finance and insurance.

Paul has a clear understanding of the limitations of traditional legal processes to resolve multifaceted disputes, as well as the reasons disputes go to court, and how, why and when they can be settled. He knows that data, technologies and predictive analytics are critical to the understanding, objective assessment and solving of disputes valued by organisations and their stakeholders.

Paul is a graduate of the University of New South Wales in Law and Commerce. He is also an accredited mediator of the Resolution Institute, an associate arbitrator of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a non-executive director of an Australian publicly listed company.
